Kind of a tired building, but the striped awnings still got the spirit.

Two white tailed deers and two horses, white and brown, along today’s route plus a squirrel, a woodpecker and – well, a dead brown hare. A rush run. Yet a picture of a time has passed by building. It’s so tricky to snap a good picture of a wild animal.

I was about to run an easy six kilometers route after the previous day’s 30 kilometers route, but because I felt so good, the weather was fine and the route in the forest was nice, I decided to make it a bit longer.

  • Running with longer steps is good for the hip pain.
  • Stretching is good for the knee pain.
Pros:
  • Nice route in a snowy forest.
Cons:
  • Some minor feelings in my left knee and right side of the hip.
