I was about to run an easy six kilometers route after the previous day’s 30 kilometers route, but because I felt so good, the weather was fine and the route in the forest was nice, I decided to make it a bit longer.
- Running with longer steps is good for the hip pain.
- Stretching is good for the knee pain.
- Nice route in a snowy forest.
- Some minor feelings in my left knee and right side of the hip.
